- 09.00 Junior Check-in (under 16 years olds)
- 09.45 Kumite demo (Sensei Jack and Sensei Kieran)
- 09.55 Junior Kumite Competition Begins
- 11.00 Check-in for 16 years & over
- 12.00 Instructors demonstration of Kata / Bunkai / Weapons / Tameshiwari
- 12.15 Tournament continues

**Spectators fee £10 (pay on day), Free for under 16’s (that aren’t participating)**
Individuals Kumite (sparring) Event
£20 Entrance fee per competitor
Categories as follows:
Juniors under 12yrs
- Up to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu Brown and above
Juniors 12yrs to under 16yrs
- Up to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu Brown and above
Cadets 16yrs to under 18yrs
- Up to 3rd kyu Breen
- 2nd kyu Brown/White and above
Adults over 18yrs
- Up to 1st kyu Brown
- Black belt under 75kg
- Black belt over 75kg
Adults over 45yrs
- Up to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu Brown and above
Team Events – teams entered by instructor
Kumite (Womens/Mens) £20 per team
Speak to your instructor to enter. 3 students, 1 team per club.
Instructor to enter team on the day of tournament
