- 09.00 Junior Check-in (under 16 years olds)
- 09.45 Kumite demo (Sensei Jack and Sensei Kieran)
- 09.55 Junior Kumite Competition Begins
- 11.00 Check-in for 16 years & over
- 12.00 Instructors demonstration of Kata / Bunkai / Weapons / Tameshiwari
- 12.15 Tournament continues

- 7th kyu Purple to 5th kyu Orange
- 4th kyu Green/White to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu Brown and above
Juniors 12yrs to under 16yrs
- 7th kyu Purple to 5th kyu Orange
- 4th kyu Green/White to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu Brown and above
Cadets 16yrs to under 18yrs
- 7th kyu Purple to 5th kyu Orange
- 4th kyu Green/White to 2nd kyu Brown/White
- 1st kyu and above
Adults over 18yrs
- 7th kyu Purple to 5th kyu Orange
- 4th kyu Green/White to 1st kyu Brown
- Black belt under 75kg
- Black belt over 75kg
Adults over 45yrs
- 7th kyu Purple to 5th kyu Orange

Kumite (Womens/Mens) £20 per team
